Elmer Evans struggled back up while catching his breath before glaring at Harvey York and Leslie Clarke.
“Just you wait, Leslie! You’ll regret this decision!” exclaimed Elmer while gritting his teeth.
He then pointed toward the sky.
“I’ll bring Hong Kong’s first-in-command down and make you regret everything you’ve done today!
“I am the previous governor here! I have the power!
“When I report this to the royalty of The Empire of the Sun that Never Sets, you’ll be finished!”
Leslie chuckled without giving a reply.

“We’ll be finished, you say?”
Harvey slowly walked toward Elmer while blatantly showing a playful look on his face.
“Give them a call then. Ask them if they dare to meddle in our affairs here!
“We, the people from Country H, are standing on top of the world, yet here you are living in their shadows!
“You’re telling me that people like you can even become governors?
“What a joke!
“You’re just someone else’s dog from start to finish!”
Harvey swung his feet forward after he was done talking.
Elmer had quick reflexes since he was trained in boxing. The moment Harvey attacked, he used
all his might to block it.
But before he could even raise his hands, he felt a sharp pain in his stomach before being sent flying with a chair. A loud crack could be heard when he slammed to the ground at that moment.

Wails of pain could be heard after Elmer fell on his back, as if he was a tortoise that could not flip back up. It was truly a pitiful sight.
