“If we can learn how to regulate the energy, I can accept a weakened Heaven’s Fist.”

Quill didn’t want to harbor hope, even if he was surprised by Harvey’s vast knowledge.

He was afraid of getting disappointed.

Darwin and the other higher-ups were dying to know as well. They were about to kneel, just to get Harvey to teach them the way.

Harvey smiled, and took a step forward.

“I’m certain the Heaven’s Fist came from an ancient martial art called the Gash Fist.

“During ancient times, the Gash Fist was a forbidden martial art from a massive faction.

However, the faction died in battle against more powerful enemies.

“After that, the Gash Fist was lost to history.

“This martial art popped up a few times later. Heaven’s Gate must have acquired the remaining scriptures of the Gash Fist.

“Of course, the best way to regulate energy is obviously the original way.

“That said, I don’t know that. I do have another way of regulating energy that I stumbled on by accident, though. It should be compatible with the Heaven’s Fist.”

Harvey pondered for a moment, then signaled for Penny to bring him a pen and paper. He wasted no time writing out everything in his mind.

The Gibson family crowded around him.

When they saw that they needed to castrate themselves, their expressions changed instantly.

“How dare you flirt with me like that, you bastard…?”

She took off the safety of her firearm.

“Penny, stop!” Quill yelled. “Don’t be disrespectful!”

Quill could tell that Harvey was an outstanding fighter. Even if he wasn’t a God of War, he was at least a peak King of Arms.

Harvey smiled, as if to return Quill’s show of respect.

Penny was infuriated to hear his words.

“You bastard! It’s bad enough that you’re cursing me!

“How dare you insult Grandpa Quill and say he won’t live past his sixties?!

Penny took a step forward, and threw a punch right at Harvey.

Quill turned stern. “Stop!”

“Sir York is Mr. Gibson’s guest!” Darwin said quickly.

Penny froze, but she didn’t stop.

She was convinced that Harvey had crossed the line; she wanted to beat him up until he begged her to marry him!

Determined, she threw out her punch while gritting her teeth. Suddenly, she froze.

Harvey’s hand was on her jaw. If he wanted to, he could’ve crushed her neck in an instant.

After thinking for a moment, Harvey finally understood.

The Hermit Families were always banded together. Penny could walk freely around the Braff family’s residence, so it was only natural for her to be taught by Quill.

Since Penny was completely focused on her training, she didn’t even realize that there were two more people standing in the crowd.

She was very nimble; every single punch packed a strong force that crackled in the air.

Her hands, elbows, knees, and legs were all strong weapons that could easily dispatch any opponent for her.

Harvey nodded in admiration. With Penny’s strength, she’d be a King of Arms on the battlefield.

Whether she’d be able to become a God of War or not was up to fate.

When she was finally done with her moves, she ended the training with a furious stomp to the ground.

She stumbled her way out to clean up the place.

Even so, a lady like her had never done things like these before. Because of that, it was natural for her to work on simpler tasks.

Harvey kept quiet all the while, though his eyes twitched.

Castiel, on the other hand, pointed excitedly all over the place to her.

Before, he had to clean up the place. Now that someone else was there to take his spot, he felt refreshed.

Harvey sighed, then glanced at Darwin.

Darwin cackled. A moment later, he looked at Harvey with a grim expression.

“Mr. Gibson knows about what happened between us. He wants to see you…” he said.

“Mr. Gibson? Quill Gibson?”

Harvey froze. By now, he had seen most of the prominent figures of the six Hermit Families.

However, Quill had kept himself shut for the longest time just like the rumors said.

Not only was he the head of the Gibson family, but he was also the head of the Golden Sands’s Heaven’s Gate branch.

A man with that kind of status would naturally be a prominent figure in the underworld.

Harvey was quite curious about a man of that caliber.

Since Quill requested to see him, Harvey had no intention to decline.

After agreeing on a time, Darwin stumbled out of the place with the excuse that he needed to report the situation.

At eight o’clock in the following morning, Harvey was having his breakfast when Darwin showed up in front of Fortune Hall with a discreet red Haval.

“Why do you think Mr. Gibson wants to see me?” Harvey asked, leaning in the back seat.

“Is the family’s fortune declining? Does he need help with that?

“Or is Prince Gibson planning to take revenge on me? Was he too ashamed of what happened before?”
