Chapter 937 Not The Same Bloodline
Looking at Josephine, Jared tried hard not to laugh. Of course, I can use the magecraft of controlling fire. If I don’t have such knowledge, how can I produce pills?
When Jared opened his palms, a blue flame appeared and flickered on it.
“Well, I know the magecraft of controlling fire too,” Jared said.
Jared initially thought that Josephine’s unique ability was powerful. Now, he couldn’t help but feel a little disappointed.
Looking at Jared, Josephine and Lizbeth chuckled without responding to him. Slowly, the flame on Josephine’s body began to transform into the shape of a phoenix and left her body.
“A phoenix?” Jared was rooted to the ground upon seeing it.

Soon, the phoenix opened its mouth and released the blue flame. Shocked by its strong energy surge, Jared immediately moved his arm to form a golden shield.
The blue flame vanished as soon as it touched the shield. However, one could see Jared’s shield cracked.
Jared couldn’t believe his eyes that the phoenix was immensely powerful. Supposedly, a warrior couldn’t fully unleash his power through an image produced by martial, spiritual, or other forms of energy.
Nevertheless, the phoenix was different, exuding a stronger aura than Josephine’s. It was as if the phoenix wasn’t controlled by her.
When Josephine waved her hand, the phoenix turned into a flame that surrounded Josephine until it slowly faded away.
“Jared, have you witnessed Josephine’s power? She might burn your buttocks if you ever dare betray her,” Lizbeth flashed Jared a smirk and said proudly.
“It’s… really amazing.”
Deep down, Jared was very excited about it. After all, the stronger Josephine was, the better she could be of help to him in the future.
“Well, it’s nothing compared to her next amazing skill,” Lizbeth added triumphantly.
“Oh? Do you have another amazing skill?” Immediately, Jared turned to Josephine in astonishment.
Josephine flashed him a smile and replied, “It’s not exactly a skill. My blood can help elevate the power of any living organisms.”
Noticing that Jared seemed confused, Lizbeth quickly explained, “There is a type of element in Josephine’s blood that can stimulate cells in our body. Regardless of human beings or animals, those who have drunk Josephine’s blood will increase their power.”
Jared widened his eyes in surprise as he looked at Josephine. “Is this real? How is it possible?”
Jared never knew that drinking human blood could elevate one’s power. Apart from being an expert in medical skills and alchemy, he obtained the Holy Guide to Pill Crafting from the Lord of Medicine God Sect. Nevertheless, there were no such records in the guide.
“Why should I lie to you? Snowy became stronger after it coincidently licked Josephine’s wounded hand. Didn’t you witness it when Snowy killed the gigantic beast?” Lizbeth retorted.
Nonetheless, Jared still found it hard to believe. Although the white wolf had become more powerful, he didn’t think licking Josephine’s blood contributed to it.
In the meantime, Lizbeth got impatient because she could sense Jared’s suspicion. She quickly added, “If you don’t believe me, try Josephine’s blood to verify it yourself.”
