No one could imagine how Jared defeated Xander and stopped him from self-destructing.

When Sean saw that Xander had turned into a dried-out corpse, he dashed to the latter’s side with his subordinates behind him.
“Jared, I’m going to kill you!”
With his eyes spitting fire at Jared, Sean charged ahead like a madman.
Jared didn’t respond. Instead, it was Axton who stepped forward and slapped Sean, sending him flying back.
“Didn’t you hear what I said just now?”
Axton stared at Sean coldly. “If all of you have a death wish, I don’t mind helping you with it.”
Axton’s words finally knocked some sense into Sean.
After instructing his men to recover Xander’s body, Sean glared at Jared and Axton. “The Cooper family will remember this and exact revenge one day. As for the Medicine God Sect, you too will not escape our wrath.”
Just as he spoke, Sean left with his men. Meanwhile, Axton wasn’t bothered by Sean’s threats at all.
“Jared, are you all right?” Josephine asked with concern.
Jared shook his head. “I’m fine. I just feel a little exhausted.”
“In that case, you should quickly get some rest.” Josephine supported Jared and prepared to help him leave.
“Jared, your achievement will spread far and wide within the martial arts world after this battle. However, you can rest assured that the Medicine God Sect will defend the sanctity of the martial arts world’s rules. We will not allow the Coopers to do as they please.
