Upon hearing the voice, Jared laughed. He then turned to the crowd and said, “Don’t be frightened. This person is also from Pathfinder Sect. He is the branch leader of the branch sect in Southedge City. It seems Pathfinder Sect takes business competition very seriously.”
Jared was the first to approach the airship, then he turned to Mr. Jensen who was speaking and said, “Don’t worry, Mr. Jensen. This is my own airship. I brought it because we have a lot of people to transport this time.”

Upon seeing Jared’s smile, Rory asked, “Did you bring them along to deal with the Mueller family? A couple of days ago, a large number of people started to pour into Southedge City. For such a remote small town to suddenly have so many newcomers, I suppose they were all brought here by you, weren’t they?” Rory said.
Jared could only affirm with a nod. “I had no choice. The Mueller family is too powerful, and they have a large number of members. I heard that the Mueller family has rallied clanspersons from all over to deal with Lunarius Palace. I had no alternative but to try and gather as many people as I could.”
“I honestly didn’t expect you to have such influence, Mr. Chance. You were able to gather so many people. These must be individuals from several sects and prestigious families. There are humans, demons, and those from the beast race. Your influence really does span all three races, Mr. Chance!” Rory said with evident envy.
“I’m just lending a friend some help. You, on the other hand, came here personally to lead the team even though it’s so late at night! That’s quite the dedication to duty, Mr. Jensen!” Jared replied with a laugh.
Rory examined Jared’s airship and said with a sigh, “Alas, with great power comes great responsibility. Since I’ve become the branch manager of this sect, I can’t allow any airships other than those from Pathfinder Sect to appear in Southedge City. Your airship is quite sophisticated, Mr. Chance.
It’s even more impressive than Pathfinder Sect’s airship.”
“To be honest, I have a friend who’s also in the airship business. However, they operate in the northern region and have no financial entanglements with Pathfinder Sect,” Jared replied.
Rory nodded in understanding. “That makes sense.”
After exchanging a few words, Rory left with his entourage. Jared too, escorted his people to get some rest.
Jared planned to gather everyone first thing the next morning, and together, they would head to Lunarius Palace.
