Feenix still had no idea that Pablo was looking for Jared to kill him.
“All right, I’ve avenged you. Now, we shall leave to find someone,” Pablo said.
“Master, who are we looking for?” Feenix asked.
“We’re going to look for a guy named Jared Chance.”
Feenix froze for a moment. She could barely believe her ears. “Jared Chance?”
Seeing her reaction, Pablo scrunched up his brows and asked, “What’s wrong? Do you know him?”
“No, no, I don’t know him. I’m just curious. Why do you want to find him?” Feenix probed.
“I want to kill him…”
Pablo’s body shook uncontrollably when he mentioned he wanted to kill Jared. It seemed that Pablo couldn’t stop himself from getting excited whenever he thought about taking Jared’s life.
Seeing this, Feenix felt a bit uneasy deep down. Fortunately, she had managed to divert Pablo’s attention by leading him away, or else Jared would have been in danger.
“Master, I still need to settle some scores. Could you help me once more?”
Feenix tried to stall Pablo. She couldn’t let him find Jared so soon.
Pablo glanced at Feenix. “Let’s go.”
Feenix flew ahead with Pablo behind her, but this time, she was uncertain who to look for. Soon, Feenix brought Pablo to the location of the celestial ore mine.
Lion Archon, Leopard King, Thousand-Faced Demon Archon, and Monkey Archon were still there, rummaging through the storage bags of the dead. Seeing these individuals, Feenix suddenly had a plan.
“Master, the ones who bullied me are down there. They seized a celestial ore mine,” Feenix said, pointing at them.
“A celestial ore mine?” Pablo’s eyes lit up, and he went down with Feenix. Lion Archon and the others noticed Pablo following Feenix but didn’t recognize Feenix due to her significantly weakened aura.
She looked drastically different from the Feenix that they knew.
Nevertheless, Pablo’s aura that belonged to an Eighth Level Tribulator cultivator made them put their guards up.
Pablo cast a quick glance over the lifeless bodies strewn on the ground and then shifted his focus to the storage bags being rifled through by Lion Archon and the others. With a disdainful snort, he said, “Well, everything in this place is mine. It’s time for you to scram.”
Pablo’s words left Lion Archon and the others completely stunned.
As influential figures of the beast race, holding the titles of kings and archons, they found it unbelievable that Pablo, of all people, was admonishing them.
“Who the hell are you? How dare you speak to us like that? Do you know who we are?” Lion Archon roared in anger.
“Do you have a death wish?” A cold glint appeared in Leopard King’s eyes.
Monkey Archon lifted his gaze, spotting Feenix accompanying Pablo. He was on the verge of saying something when Feenix halted him with a subtle glance.
“My friend, the items within the Celestial Battlefield are ownerless. How can you assert ownership over them? Moreover, isn’t it a matter of first-come, first-served?” Thousand-Faced Demon Archon asked politely.
As he spoke, his aura steadily elevated, transitioning from that of a Seventh Level Tribulator cultivator to the brink of an Eighth Level Tribulator cultivator.
Lion Archon, Leopard King, and Monkey Archon also released their aura to envelop Pablo. Naturally, Pablo was taken aback as he didn’t realize they were this formidable.
Although he was an Eighth Level Tribulator cultivator, the outcome of facing all four of them simultaneously remained uncertain.
“I was the one who found this place first, but since you stumbled upon it, I’ll yield it to you.”
Pablo chose to avoid a confrontation with Lion Archon and the others as he wanted to save his strength to kill Jared.
“Thank you!” Thousand-Faced Demon Archon replied politely and retracted his aura. Pablo spun on his heels to leave. Seeing that, Feenix was flustered.
“Master, aren’t you going to avenge me?” she asked, sounding puzzled.
