“Bulrush Sect?” Catina was momentarily stunned. “Are you talking about that group of perverts from the sect that absorbs negative energy to replenish positive energy?”
“Yes! Them!” Feenix nodded.
“Let me deal with these people,” Catina uttered and stepped forward.
The bald man couldn’t help chuckling when he saw that. “Another girl? What a pleasant surprise for our men! The two girls we caught just now aren’t enough for everyone.”
Misho and Hamish trembled when they heard those words.
Those two girls Bulrush Sect had caught were none other than Izolda and Kiara. Those men from Bulrush Sect were known for taking advantage of female cultivators and draining them. Catina narrowed her eyes when she heard that bald man. “You’re f*cking dead!”
Quickly, she unleashed her Seventh Level Tribulator aura that was filled with the stench of blood. The members of Bulrush Sect were stunned when they sensed Catina’s aura.
The bald man immediately apologized to Catina, “We didn’t know it was you, Fox Queen. We’re sorry. Please don’t hold it against us. Bulrush Sect has never crossed the beast race. Please stay out of this, Fox Queen.”
“What if I don’t want to stay out of it?” Catina retorted.
The bald man frowned and answered, “If you insist, then don’t blame us for being ruthless. Although you’re a Seventh Level Tribulator cultivator, we outnumber you. It’s still uncertain who’s going to win or who’s going to lose.”
With that, the bald man unleashed his Sixth Level Tribulator aura.
The rest of the Bulrush Sect members also readied themselves for battle, and they were rather powerful individuals.
Although the members of Bulrush Sect weren’t Demonic Cultivators, they cultivated through twisted and evil ways. They could strengthen themselves faster than the regular cultivators.
Catina’s expression grew tense. I’m all alone, and I can’t defeat all the members of Bulrush Sect. I can’t ask Feenix and the rest to help me. They’re weak and injured!
In an instant, she found herself caught between a rock and a hard place.
“Fox Queen, I’m giving you another chance to walk away,” the bald man said coldly.
“What if she wants to stay?” Right then, a voice rang out from nearby. Misho, Feenix, and the others were overjoyed when they heard that voice, and they quickly looked over.
They saw Jared and Rosetta walking toward them.
“Mr. Chance!” Misho and Hamish dashed toward him and dropped to their knees.
“Old Mr. Giuvali, Mr. Chevalier, what are you guys doing?” Jared quickly helped them up.
“Mr. Chance, please rescue Izolda and Kiara! Bulrush Sect has taken them. If no one saves them, they’re doomed!” Misho and Hamish pleaded.
“What?” Jared’s gaze turned icy. He glanced at the others and noticed they were all injured. Cloud stepped forward and shouted emotionally. “Mr. Chance!”
Feenix’s eyes were brimmed with tears. “Master!”
“What’s going on here? Where are the others?” Jared asked Feenix.
Feenix told Jared what had happened, and immediately after, Jared unleashed a surge of murderous intent.
Catina was puzzled when she found out that those people knew Jared. How is Jared Feenix’s master? Jared is merely a First Level Tribulator cultivator. Everyone is stronger than him! One of them is even a Sixth Level Tribulator cultivator! Yet, everyone is treating Jared with respect! This doesn’t make sense!
“Feenix, why did you call him your master? What’s going on?” Catina asked Feenix.
“Well, he’s my master! Do you know my master too?” Feenix asked.
Catina cast Jared a glance and nodded. “Well, yes…”
