A Man Like None Other Chapter 2634

At the sight of their seniors being struck, Ebenez’s disciples rushed over from all directions. Seeing that, Zebediah felt a touch terrified.

Considering it was the inner court, Ebenez’s disciples greatly outnumbered them. Their numbers amounted to only a dozen in total. If a fight were to erupt, they wouldn’t stand a chance against the other party.

However, Jared was not at all afraid. He merely swept a cold gaze over Ebenez’s disciples and paid them no mind as he confidently stepped into Bilius’ residence.

At that, Ebenez’s disciples backed away. No one dared to stop him, all intimidated by his aura. “Get out here, Bilius! Weren’t you looking for me? I’m here!” Jared bellowed.

By then, Bilius had already dashed out of his room. When he saw that his juniors had been beaten up, he trained his icy eyes on Jared. “How dare you destroy my door and even injure the inner court disciples, Jared? You’re simply courting death!”

“Right back at you!” Jared snorted, the Dragonslayer Sword promptly appearing in his hand. “I’m not going to stop at destroying your door. I’m also going to demolish your entire residence.”

Having said that, he abruptly leaped up. On the heels of that, light shimmered from the Dragonslayer Sword in his hand.

“Hmph! You want to demolish my residence?” With a sneer, Bilius likewise jumped into the air. A jet-black ruler inlaid with eight emerald green gemstones manifested in his hand.

“It’s the Octo Ruler. Be careful, Mr. Chance!” Zebediah instantly hollered upon glimpsing the weapon Bilius whipped out.

Bilius swung his arm. In a flash, the Octo Ruler was enveloped by a black mist. A constant stream of negative energy emanated from it, chilling the surrounding air with its ominous presence.

Following that, he flicked his wrist, and the Octo Ruler emitted a dense ray of black light, forcefully colliding with the light emanating from Jared’s sword.

Bang! A resounding bang split the air. Jared swiftly blocked the blow but swayed slightly himself before he managed to regain his balance. Witnessing that scene, Bilius smirked imperceptibly. “I’ve already broken through to the Body Fusion Realm now, kid. It’s no longer possible for you to defeat me with brute strength, nor would I fall for it again!”

Jared eyed the man nonchalantly and stated frostily, “Even if you had attained the Body Fusion Realm, it’d be as easy as squashing a bug if I want to kill you. Fortunately, that isn’t my current wish. Instead, I want to demolish your residence, and no one can stop me from doing so.”

After saying that, he swung the Dragonslayer Sword in his hand and created a sword flower.

“Nine Shadows!” Alongside Jared’s roar, several shadow clones that looked exactly like him slowly materialized behind him. At the multiple figures of Jared, many of those present were stunned.

On the contrary, Bilius scoffed with a sneer, “It’s just an insignificant illusion spell. Don’t tell me you want to win me by using this? How delusional!”

Right when he had finished speaking, Bilius shot forward, unleashing a windstorm with the Octo Ruler in his hand and aiming it straight at Jared.

He knew that shadow clones from an illusion spell were practically harmless and could be shattered with a bit of aura. In the face of his attack, Jared had no plans of engaging in battle. He only left a few of his shadow clones before the man while he himself had already gone above Bilius’ head.

Boom! In a trice, the windstorm of Bilius’ doing shattered Jared’s shadow clones, leaving none in its wake. Seeing that, Bilius roared with laughter. “You relied on mere tricks, yet you dared to act so foolishly!”

No sooner had his words rang out than he sensed a terrifying aura flaring overhead. Everyone then looked up, their eyes brimming with disbelief.
