At that moment, the phoenix marking on Jared’s forehead gradually became visible. Soon after, a ball of golden light rose from the mark and transformed into a life-size phoenix that circled around Jared’s body.
When the giant lion guarding Jared witnessed the overwhelming aura emanating from the phoenix’s body, it immediately bent down and whimpered in fear.
Moments later, the ground began to shake. Countless powerful auras started gathering on the mountaintop. Loud roars could be heard approaching that spot.
Hundreds of demon beasts rushed toward Jared’s location and lay on the ground with fear in their eyes. The phoenix flapped its wings and flew past the demon beasts. The creatures were so terrified that they didn’t have the nerve to lift their heads.
Then, a beam of light could be seen emitting from the demon beasts’ heads and concentrating on the phoenix’s body. The phoenix flapped its wings, causing the pillars of golden light to shoot upward. That instantly illuminated the entire mountaintop.
Hundreds of demon beasts trembled in apprehension as they felt the aura the phoenix exuded. Even though it was absorbing the power of their beast cores, none of them dared to resist.
If someone saw the ground shaking, the light in the sky, and the numerous demon beasts on the mountaintop, they would be shocked to death.
After all, those demon beasts were Martial Arts Gods. Some were even Top Level Martial Arts God and were about to become as powerful as a Martial Arts Sovereign.
Even if the members of all sects in the hidden realm arrived at the scene, they would be so frightened by the sight before them that they would immediately flee.
