Some cultivators I would focus on Body Cultivation, while some on Energy Cultivation. Those with extraordinary talents can even pursue both paths spiritual energy within it. When necessary, we can gather and unleash that stored spiritual energy.
To provide a clearer analogy, think of Energy Cultivation and Body Cultivation as different martial arts styles, with spiritual energy cultivators and martial artists pursuing their respective paths. While their methods may differ, their ultimate aspiration is to attain immortality. “I sincerely apologize for any offense caused earlier. Please forgive me,” Yashur apologized to Flaxseed and the others right away. The fact that a highly skilled expert like Yashur humbly sought their forgiveness left them bewildered for a moment.
