Chapter 1234 Severed Tendons
Skylar looked at his broken dagger and started to panic.
Jared then raised his palm into the air and delivered a tight slap across Skylar’s face.
Slap! The sound of the slap rang out, and Skylar was sent spinning in the air. After spinning for a few rounds, he fell heavily onto the ground.
Jared slapped him really hard. It was as if he had packed all his anger into that slap.
On the other hand, Skylar’s cheek was torn, and his cheekbone was visible. In fact, he looked utterly terrifying.
In response, Skylar glared at Jared and gritted his teeth. At the same time, his eyes were filled with anger and murderous intent.
Although he knew he was no match for Jared, he wasn’t willing to submit.
Jared then held his Dragonslayer Sword and swung it toward Skylar.
Skylar felt the horrifying sword energy, and he knew he was going to die. Hence, he shut his eyes.

Skylar felt the sword energy swooshed by, but he didn’t die. Instead, the severe pain he felt in his legs made him wail in pain.
Skylar’s legs were bleeding profusely because Jared had severed his tendons.
“Did you think I would let you die so easily?” Jared looked at Skylar coldly. At that moment, Jared looked like a devil from hell.
“Jared, kill me while you still can! Otherwise, I’m going to come back for you!” Skylar roared. He would rather die than get toyed around by Jared.
Jared gradually squatted down and grabbed Skylar’s wound forcefully.
Just like that, Jared pulled out one of the tendons in his legs.
“Ah!” Skylar was in so much pain that he had turned pale, and beads of cold sweat were forming on his forehead.
In fact, Skylar almost fainted because of how painful that was.
However, Jared pressed against Skylar and gave him a wave of spiritual energy to prevent him from fainting.
With the tendon in his hand, Jared kept whipping Skylar’s body.
Every time Jared whipped, he was slitting Skylar’s skin apart.
While Skylar was screaming in pain, he was stunned when he saw the look in Jared’s eyes. How is Jared so ruthless? He’s a devil!
“Jared, please just kill me! I beg you! Please kill me!” Skylar begged, and his tone had gotten soft. How I wish he would just kill me!
“You want to die, don’t you? Dream on! Almost a hundred of the people in the Village of Villains died! I’ll avenge them! You’ve also hung The Villainous Four up like they were dogs. Did you think about the consequences when you did that?” With that, Jared continued whipping.
“Mr. Norton!” When one of the experts from the Norton family saw what was happening to Skylar, he rushed to the scene.
The man then tried to help Skylar with his martial energy.
Jared snorted in contempt and swung his Dragonslayer Sword.
A blazing fire shot toward the expert from the Norton family.
Within seconds, the fire devoured the expert from the Norton family.
When Skylar heard an agonizing scream, he turned toward that subordinate and watched him turn into ash.
Jared tortured Skylar for a good half an hour. By the time he was done, Skylar was barely breathing.
After the beating, Skylar didn’t even look like a human anymore.
Meanwhile, almost all the experts from the Norton family were killed, and the battle was about to end.
“Go to hell!” While staring at the dying Skylar, Jared lifted his Dragonslayer Sword into the air.
He was done toying with Skylar.
Just before Jared dropped the sword, a figure appeared out of nowhere.
“Stop! Stop what you’re doing!”
A powerful voice rang out, and it was rather deafening.
Everyone instinctively stopped fighting, and Jared also froze with his Dragonslayer Sword still in the air.
Upon seeing who had arrived, Lachlan immediately greeted politely, “Mr. Sanders!”
“How dare you disobey my words!” Mr. Sanders was glaring at Jared.
The latter was startled when he saw how Mr. Sanders was looking at him.
In fact, everyone was frightened by Mr. Sanders’ aura.
