Chapter 1022 They Abducted Her
Josephine and Lizbeth had just come out of the pedestrian street when six youngsters came to them. The youngsters looked like they had been drinking and were drunk.
One of the youngsters wore a plaid suit and had his hair parted in the middle. He kept leering at Josephine and Lizbeth the moment he noticed them.
Josephine and Lizbeth noticed the youngster’s leering gaze and looked at him with disgust. Then, they walked past the group of youngsters and continued ahead.
The youngster in a plaid suit blocked Josephine and Lizbeth’s way and said with a lecherous expression, “Hey, pretty ladies. Where are you going? I have a car, so let me send you…”
Then, he pressed his car key, causing a nearby Ferrari to flash its light.
Josephine frowned and said with a disgusted tone, “Scram…”
“Whoa, you are feisty. Just the type I like…” said the man in a plaid suit as he reached out to grab Josephine.
Josephine snorted and exerted a wave of aura from her body.
Before the man in the plaid suit could react, a colossal force suddenly sent him flying more than ten meters away, causing him to fall heavily onto the ground.
Seeing this, the other youngsters instantly woke up from their drunkenness. They looked at Josephine and Lizbeth in shock.
Each youngster rubbed their eyes and could not believe what they witnessed.
None of them had seen Josephine move her hands. Yet, she managed to fling their friend away. They were frightened by what they saw.
Thus, they ran to help the youngster in a plaid suit up before looking at Josephine and Lizbeth with terror in their eyes.
Meanwhile, Josephine and Lizbeth sneered at those youngsters and continued walking forward. Josephine patted the Ferrari as they walked by.
The Ferrari collapsed instantly as if an immense weight pressed down on it.
The youngsters were stupefied by what they saw and did not dare to move until Josephine and Lizbeth had disappeared from their sight.
“Hahaha, that feels amazing. Did you see those idiots’ faces? They were so funny.” Josephine laughed.
Lizbeth looked at Josephine and asked worriedly, “Josephine, didn’t Jared say not to use your aura against ordinary people, especially on busy streets? How can you forget that?”
“It’s fine. I didn’t kill anyone. All I did was teach those idiots a lesson!” Josephine seemed unconcerned.
However, when Josephine and Lizbeth left the busy downtown and came near the suburbs, a few auras suddenly appeared and surrounded them.
Then, four masked men in black clothes blocked their path.
Josephine and Lizbeth’s expressions darkened as they sensed the aura of these masked men.
Lizbeth glared at them and asked, “Who are you?”
They ignored Lizbeth’s question. One of the masked men looked at Josephine and asked, “You have to come with us.”
“Who are you? Why should she go with you?” Lizbeth stood before Josephine and shielded her from them.
“We would prefer not to use force. Thus, coming with us quietly is your best choice,” said the leading masked man.
A cold glint flashed in the leading masked man’s eyes. His aura grew multifold. Suddenly, Josephine and Lizbeth found themselves unable to move as if someone had used Body Locking Technique on them. It felt like a mountain was pressing on them.
“Don’t hurt Lizbeth. I will go with you!” Josephine said urgently.
Josephine knew she and Lizbeth were no match against the four masked men. There was a wide disparity between their powers.
Hearing her, the leading masked man waved his hand, and two other masked men instantly came forward to grab hold of Josephine. Then, they jumped and disappeared into the darkness.
After they left, Lizbeth finally felt the immense pressure lifted from her. She immediately ran toward Shadow Estate.
